IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND POLICIES:

1. All unitary rates are exclusive of 12% VAT.
2. Quoted price is based upon the agreed number of pax
3. Excess hours shall be billed accordingly subject to approval of both parties.
4. Additional requirements/facilities shall be charged accordingly.
5. All charges/fees shall be settled before leaving the facility and must be issued by an official receipt.
6. Down payment of 20% in cash basis is required upon confirmation of schedule and is non-refundable.
7. Touring hours for inquiries are from 0730 to 1700 only
8. Bringing of food is allowed, however using of non-accredited caterer will have a corkage fee.
9. Corkage fee will be charge for alcoholic drinks and wine
10. Bringing of electrical appliances at the facility will be charged by management for electrical consumption.
11. Daytime Booking: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ; Nigh time Booking: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
