Brief History:

I&E was founded by Mr. Filipino C. Sonido on July 29, 1996, registered as “Sole Proprietorship” under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), with business name “I&E Analyzer System Services”, address at 788 Takad, Libjo Batangas City, and basically engaged in Analytical Instrumentation services of the different industries operating within Batangas area.Since its initial operation, the Company has positively gained a remarkable acceptance from the different companies served and year after, diversified its operation by adding Process Control Instrumentation, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Instrumentation Training services to its list of services being offered.

With the different diversification of services that the Company has gone through, on September 1999, the name I&E Analyzer System Services was changed to I&E Industrial System Services. On January of 2000, in order to gain a more solid ground and be able to open more windows for further expansions, I&E was converted from a single proprietorship to a Corporation. Since then, the Company got its current name I&E Industrial Systems Services, Inc.

Currently, with the existing various maintenance contracts that I&E has entered into, plus other, maintenance and project works of our various clients, the Company has strived even harder to maintain or even improved further our work safety and quality. This is manifested by our move to have our Quality Management System be certified under internationally accepted standards.

Being guided by both our Safety and Quality Policies, I&E extends our line of sight even further in terms of our different services with due regards to the interest of our various valued clients, to the environment, to the local Barangay constituents where we are operating, to the share holder of the company, to our valued man power resources and above all, to our God Almighty.
